I didn’t tell you this before coach but my husband saw my old scale when we were at my folks on Sunday and we jokingly stepped on it to check and I lost 6kg, I started with 106.6 and I was 100 on Sunday,I didn’t want to believe cos I wasn’t ? compliant. I checked this morning again just for fun cos I know enough to stay away from scale for a while and the scale was a bit short of 100 again, Yes I am so glad I met you cos I have never been this disciplined in my entire life! I am so proud of me! Thank you so much for always! I will keep pestering your page now o , don’t be shocked when you get a stalker. Thank you so much and I promise you I will make you proud.

This class is worth way more than the price, infact I once bought a 70k plan and I can say I didn’t learn half as much as I did from this plan, like I joined cos even the free tips on your page are bombs, I want to tell you this Coach, you have birthed a babe! I am now so conscious of grams and calories, I practically weigh everything and google Search and check your page for calories info! Like in all the many weightloss plans and groups I have joined,none gave me so much info and power like this plan! The coach is humble ,the members are so sweet ,I see you alls post and get gingered ,I will really miss you all ?
