I must say this was really an interesting and challenging journey so far . I have seen a lot of weight loss program online and never cared to join but for some reason when I stumbled on @⁨Miposfitness⁩ page something just resonated in me about her style of coaching and it’s not just because of how cheap her price is.I just felt lead in my spirit to join.

So far so good I will say that I have no regrets whatsoever, in fact I have been quite enlightened and I really feel good with myself now.

Most of you ladies have really been encouraging and how you draw our attention to some of our food pics so we could take caution, for me it really helped a lot .

Although I did not say much in this group it was very interactive and I always looked forward to reading new comments after work.
